Except for assistance dogs, dogs (and other pets) are not allowed at the Shrimp Croquette Festival.

Yes, but we prefer card payments for safety reasons.

Children under 6 do not need a ticket. A Kids-ID may be requested at the entrance check, and access may be denied if it cannot be presented.

The Shrimp Croquette Festival focuses on shrimp croquettes as the main product, so there is no other food available.

As the organizers of the Shrimp Croquette Festival, we believe it's important for everyone to participate. The following are available upon presentation of a European Disability Card or medical certificate:

• Reserved parking (under Wellington Hippodrome)
• Accessible restrooms
• Seats for visitors with disabilities

No, there is no cloakroom available.

• Nitrous oxide, illegal drugs, or narcotics
• Personal drinks
• Sharp objects, knives, bats, scissors, or other items that could pose a danger
• Fireworks, explosives, candles, torches, flares
• Chemical substances, aerosols that can be used as weapons
• Gadgets, flyers, samples, or other promotional materials
• Pets (except guide dogs for people with disabilities)
• Any item deemed dangerous by the organizers

Alcohol will not be served to people under the age of 16. It is prohibited to serve strong alcohol to minors aged 16 to 18. Bringing your own alcohol (or other drinks) to the Shrimp Croquette Festival is forbidden.

No, your ticket only grants you access to the event.

Yes, disposable plates are not used, and drinks are served in glassware. Shrimp croquettes are best enjoyed with your hands, but if you prefer, you can buy a set of reusable cutlery on-site.

No, we close the cash flow after each event, so activated cards are not valid for the next event.

You can request a refund of the remaining balance from October 8, 2024. Applications are open until October 27, 2024. You can request a refund by scanning the QR code on your card or here: https://toerisme-oostende.eventpay.be/

Refunds will be processed starting October 14, 2024.

Please note: Only amounts you have personally paid for can be refunded. Free credits and amounts won or gifted are non-refundable and will not be returned.
