However, it’s the craftsmanship that makes the difference. You can taste the hard work that goes into it. We will obviously accentuate certain flavours in our classic recipe. What these are exactly remains a secret, but I can tell you that the shrimp will take centre stage. The texture of our croquette has also been lovingly improved. All of this will reflect the style of our restaurant, which focuses on the purity of our dishes.’
